CAMP ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIME

Participants can start arriving as early as 20mins in advance to  start time to their camp.  Participants will not be allowed into the training site in advance of that time.  All participants must be picked up no later than 15 mins in the conclusion of their camp end time.  Any participant not picked up within 15mins of the end time will incur a $20 service charge.

CAMP CHECK-OUT PROCESS

A parental guardian will need to sign out a participant EACH day of camp.  For the safety of the children, we ask parents to walk to gym door to get their child(ren).  Guardians will need to notify JCRD staff if someone else will be picking up their son/daughter.  In these circumstances, we will need to see appropriate identification from the party picking up your son/daughter.

SNACK/WATER BREAK

We encourage our campers to stay hydrated throughout the sessions and also want to promote proper hydration in sports as well as life.  At any point if a camper needs to get a drink of water or a snack, they can simply let their coach know and the coach will send them for a water/snack break. 

 CAMP VIEWING

Parents will be allowed to view camp whenever they like.  Feel free to stop in at any point during the week and watch your son/daughter in action! However, we ask that Parents do NOT interfere with their Child's sessions! (NO SIDELINE COACHING)

 CAMP GROUPS

Participants will be broken up into groups based upon their age.  

 CAMP CURRICULUM

These sessions will be primarily used to focus on the fundamentals of the target sport via stations and demonstrations.

Our ultimate goal here at Jenkins Co. Recreation Dept. is to not just play sports with our youth, but to introduce and teach proper fundamentals and build strong character within each of our athletes.
