Refund Policy


Refunds will not be issued for withdrawal from a program that meets the minimum enrollment requirements set by the department, except in the following cases: Cancellation by the registrant prior to one week before the program starts will result in a full refund. Cancellation by registrant one week or less prior to the program starting date will result in a full refund minus a $20.00 service charge. In the case that the a league is not started due to lack of participation a full refund will be given. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AFTER A PROGRAM HAS STARTED. Refunds are at the discretion of the Staff and Admin of Jenkins County Recreation Department.
